Logan's First Car......

Goodbye Big Red.  This wasn't our first suburban.  We had a gold one first.  But Darren's brother Stuart beat us up the hill once coming home from camping....that was our last outing with Goldie.  About a week later Darren came home with this little number.  I was never a fan.  It was a little gas guzzler,  had the power of a monster truck, and it was red.  I dislike red cars.  Anyway....long story short it was the car I was to drive the longest.  10 long years.

We bought it brand new in 2004, and this year it has spent the majority of its time behind our fence, finding that we were only driving it for carpool.  It was time to trade it in.

 

Have to say, I was a tad bit sad.  

 

This car has taken us on road trips to Disneyland, Vegas, countless camping trips, it's been to Bear Lake, Yellowstone, and the drive in.  It has towed our trailer, four wheelers and carloads of kids to football practice, stake dances and up the mountain to snowboard.  

 

I didn't like this car, but ended up loving it.  Still, it was time to turn over a new leaf.  So, we traded it in for this....
