For Christmas this year we bought all the adults in the family dinner and tickets to "The Wicked Wizard of Ahhh's" for a date night at the Off Broadway Theatre in Salt Lake City. I had never been there, and really had never heard of it before, until I went searching online. We had some great laughs, and a good time. It was fun to go out as adults without kids, and enjoy one another's company. It was such a hit, we just might have to do this every year!
For Valentines this year Darren took me to my most favorite sushi place, EVER! Takashi! And yet again, it did not disappoint. He had called in advance for a reservation but they said they didn't take any. He asked "how early should we come to have little or no wait?" She said 15 minutes before they open and not a minute later! We arrived at 5:14....and just as she said, about 2 min later, people started showing up from out of nowhere! By the time it opened up, the line was wrapped around the corner, and by the time we were seated (we were second in line) the place was full....and the line was never ending. Even though we were 2nd in line this time, it would've been totally worth the wait!
